I've missed updating this site, due to an all-consuming burden I've finally freed myself of. In the interim, I've been thinking of new ways to approach it. This article hit on some things that bugged me about many photography sites I visited before creating mine. I decided to create a blog instead of a flash site because it was more dynamic and because, for me, words and photographs go hand in hand.

I've been to more Dramarama shows than I can remember, so this time I focused mostly on details and the rhythm section, who are usually difficult to capture. I finally got some good shots of Tony Snow that indicate motion. Usually, it just looks like he's holding his drumsticks poised and still.
